Business coach, business owner, speaker, marathon runner, triathlete, world traveller & devoted husband, Jason has a vast array of life & leadership experience.
Jason McChesney has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, and also a Chartered Institute Marketing Diploma DipM.
With 17 years proven track record in Sales, Marketing and Management, Jason has also 7 years experience as a Business Owner having set up & grown 2 of his own businesses and recently sold the second business.
Jason’s extensive experience of Sales, Marketing & Management in Ireland, UK & Australia includes work in IBM & Vodafone and was headhunted to set up a new profitable SME Sales Division of 22 people which surpassed the target of € 45M in the 1st year.
Jason’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to set up 2 companies and after engaging ActionCOACH on one of their programs for one of his own businesses, Jason found the experience & benefits so rewarding for his company and for himself he decided to sell the 2nd business and become a Coach himself. Coupled with his own business experience and also the wealth of practical tools & systems within ActionCOACH, Jason is perfectly positioned as a Business Coach in the World’s No. 1 Business Coaching Firm, helping hundreds of Business Owners grow their businesses in Ireland.

Originally from Enniskillen, Jason has lived & worked in Dublin since 1996 and married to Chára Nagle, one of Ireland’s leading artists.
Jason enjoys Triathlons & Marathons having done New York & Dublin marathons plus a Half Ironman in Ireland, raising money for charities such as Crumlin Children’s Hospital. Also, enjoys world travel.
